The pictures only show you the back but I was hoping that it would have all the things runners might want...since it was supposedly designed for top athletes. There is no front strap to secure the two arm straps. No place to hook a reasonable size water bottle up. This pack looks almost identical to the packs my company gave out for free (including a padded laptop pouch inside!). I mean really, who carries a laptop on a run? Another bad thing is the straps connect together at the top in an odd way..that digs into your neck. I feel foolish. I'll either try to return this or just give it to my son for school next year.
