Day 4 Bloch Balance European

Please READ ************* --------------------- Trying to search for an alternative which is available from shops in my locality. (also, as I am relatively new to pointe, would like to try as much different shoes as possible) Surpringly, they have Bloch Balance European..... this shoes is great, immediately noticable after wearing it. kind of become my "cinderella shoes" Got a proper place to dance this time. Should work on getting over the box and turning out. and I know I should sew the ribbons and elastics , break-in the shoes first before I dance on it.

Comfortable shoeBy Khalid PadenThese shoes work as advertised. I have had them for two weeks now, and yes, I feel the difference. I feel it in my calves, hamstrings quads and in my lower front core. I usually do a lot of bicycle riding in the summer. I could not last summer because it was way too hot, so I have been looking for ANY way to augment my fitness taking into account my busy schedule. I found these and they work well. Especially if a lot of walking is involved. They say to only walk in these. I understand that. They work on a Balance board principle. To run with these shoes would be almost as bad as trying to run in 1-inch spiked heals. I wonder if I can use them while bike riding as the bottoms are still flat. I ran down the street with them and chose them. I paid a lot for them and felt unsure about the price, but knew that the right shoe wouldn't come cheap.I came home and did an online search for the shoe and found the cheapest price here (well, via another vendor). I ordered the shoe which matched the shoe I initially bought, and waited for it. It came in a week. It was the EXACT shoe but I found it here for $15 less. To a beginning runner, who might run into a lot of "the right" pairs on my journey, this is paramount to me. (Luckily, I was able to return the other shoes to my local retailer without an issue).Now, I use this shoe strictly for my daily runs/jogs and my neck no longer hurts the next day. Hey New Balance Women's WR760 NBX Stability Running Shoe.

Switched from SauconysBy faffieI am a heavy runner (5.10, 160+) and used to run in Sauconys because they came in wide sizes , had good cushioning, and look pretty good. After trying this shoe I switched. The 10.5 D in the New Balance WR 760 is wider and roomier than the Saucony ProGrid Hurricane size 11 D I tried at the same time. (They cost significantly less, too.) There was enough room for me to use my orthotics with the supplied insert, providing more cushioning. I was so impressed I ordered 2 more pairs in different colors from Amazon. They are good-looking, especially for New Balance, which I avoided in the past because they were usually kinda ugly, making the fact that I have huge feet even more noticeable. Love it New Balance Men's MR1226 Running Shoe.

Pleasantly SurprisedBy ZoomDocI ordered this shoe after having returned 2 pairs of NB 1906 which is a 200 dollar shoe retail. Go check zappos. This shoe is every bit as good as those shoes with better cushioning and better arch and pronation support for half the price. This is the running shoe deal of the year. The 1227 likely due out by summer of 2011 but who cares and it won't be at this price. I have some Brooks Beast which is highly cushioned and expected a big let down with these. I was very surprised with the quality feel and fit of these shoes. These will not be returned. I also returned the Asics gel Kinetics 3 so I have something to compare shoes with. Also have nike shox with forefoot air zoom and am very happy with these but they are wearing out and I needed to reload. I'm a stickler for forefoot cushioning and shock resilience as well as some energy return. I'm a big guy 240 lbs and the reviews about lack of forefoot cushioning are bunk. I got these in width EE and this was perfect although normal D is what I usually get. I do not like tight fitting running shoes but absolutely will not tolerate heel slip. So far so good.
